Rakesh is a Chartered Accountant, He has been with the organisation since 2004 and has diversified business interests in media & entertainment, and other leading sectors. As the CEO, he has successfully enhanced the company’s performance and in driving society towards greater responsibilities. Under his leadership and guidance, IPRS has been granted Registration by the Central Government and is now a Copyright Society.

Surhit is a Cost Accountant and has completed his Post Graduation from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in Finance & Information Technology. He has over 24 years of work experience in Business Transformation in several geographies leveraging a diverse range of technologies. He has worked with several diversified conglomerates as Head of IT and Operations.

Arunkumar is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of extensive experience spanning across Finance & Accounts, Internal Process Control & Operation in the Media and Entertainment Industry. In the past, he has been associated with organisations such as Reliance Big Entertainment, Maya Entertainment and Worldwide Media.

Ravinder has been with IPRS since 2006 and he is handling Commercial Business, with a degree in Law and understanding of Copyright, and with his sharp acumen and market insight, Ravinder has been instrumental in handling major corporate dealing within the organisation.

Nitin is an MBA in Marketing and has around 13 years of expertise in driving music and entertainment products on the Mobile platform. He has worked with various organisations such as Vodafone, Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and Shemaroo Entertainment as DGM- DTH Business & New Business Development.

Nitin is an MBA (Marketing & Finance) and has overall 13 years of work experience handling various profiles across diverse sectors such as Entertainment and Telecom – MVAS. In his previous stint, he has worked with Funongo Media and Entertainment (Reliance Entertainment Owned) as Business Head- Sales and Partnerships. IMI.

Manish Jani has been associated with IPRS since 2006. A commerce graduate, Manish joined IPRS in Finance Department and has been handling Member Relations for over a decade in the organisation. With diversified work experience, Manish currently heads the Distribution Department at IPRS.

Sheetal has 16 years of experience with the collective management of copyrights. Sheetal has overseen several critical legal campaigns aimed at enhancing licensing, collection of royalties and distribution in an increasingly complex Indian market. She interfaces with international copyright societies in relation to royalty distributions, building and maintaining reciprocal relationships with international copyrights collection societies. Over the past 16 years, Sheetal has helped steer the IPRS distribution function which is now translating into a technology-led process aimed at enhancing transparency and revenue visibility for IPRS authors, music composers and music publisher members.

Sunita is a Post Graduate in Human Resources from NMIMS and has around 15 years of experience which spans across profiles and roles. She specialises in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance & Rewards and Employee Engagement, She was a part of the TRRAIN Foundation catering to the students from the underprivileged community.

Prasad comes with 24 years of extensive experience spanning across Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Content Acquisition and Syndication & Aggregation. He has worked with Sony Music, Universal Music, Reliance Infocomm, HDFC Bank, Reliance Big Broadcasting and Lebara Mobile UK. Prior to joining IPRS, Prasad was with Phonographic Performance Limited as Head – New Business Initiatives, Public Performance and Background Music Services.
